Under the joint action of the horizontal vibration of the vibroflot and high pressure water or air, the loose foundation is compacted; or after forming holes in the foundation layer ,the hard coarse particle materials is backfilled to form reinforcement body. Then, composite foundation will be formed by reinforcement and surrounding foundation soil.

1. Hanging Head
A key part to guarantee the safety construction of the whole vibroflot. It should be installed at the top of the vibroflot and can be connected with the crane hook

Used for protecting the cable and water pipe. It also can be used directly as a water pipe when the demand of water supplying is large.

vibroflotation is one of a typical technique which is a widely used application for foundation soil
improvement. In vibroflotation construction, vibroflot equipment makes a joint action of horizontal
vibration and high pressure water or air shock to compact the loose sand layer or formed in soft soil
of gravel column to compose the composite foundation with original soil together, finally achieve the

leads to additional savings.
